Orders are only possible from Switzerland.

1. Prices
All prices in the online shop include VAT but exclude shipping costs. All prices are listed in CHF. We reserve the right to errors and (also short-term) price changes.

2. Payment
Delivery only against prepayment
Credit card payment is  possible.
Local pickup is also possible

4. Delivery
The goods are  sent by post.  Shipping is usually 1 day after payment, partial deliveries are only made upon express request.

5. Complaints/Returns
If defects are found upon delivery, they must be reported within 1 day of receipt. In this case, Modellbau Widmer  will replace the damaged products. After this period has expired, the warranty applications will be clarified and processed with the importer/manufacturer. Returns due to incorrect orders will not be accepted. Any fees incurred for returns are always the responsibility of the customer. There is no warranty claim on accumulators and batteries.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee second-hand items; a function check on our part is a matter of course.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, place of jurisdiction is Altdorf.

8. Privacy
In order to place an order, an indication of private data such as telephone number, address, etc. is required. We assure the customer that we will treat this data in accordance with data protection legislation and will under no circumstances pass it on to third parties.
